Furthermore, the Bible teaches us how we should love others. In Matthew 22:37-40 Jesus says “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.” He goes on to say that we must also “love our neighbors as ourselves.

It means listening when someone needs an ear or offering help when someone needs assistance. It also means forgiving those who have hurt us just as Christ forgave us on the cross.
